Steve Watkins has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company's Board of Directors since October 2007.

Mr. Watkins has served as the President of InfuSystem, Inc., the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, since 1998. Mr. Watkins was a founding principal of Venture Medical, a predecessor company to InfuSystem, Inc., which commenced business operations in 1988. From 1993 until 1994, Mr. Watkins was President of Medical Reimbursement Solutions, a third-party billing company that formatted and transmitted billing claims on behalf of infusion centers, physicians and hospitals. From 1991 until 1999, Mr. Watkins was President of Nova Healthcare Industries, a manufacturer and designer of speculum sheath protectors used in gynecologic procedures. From 1991 until 1999, Mr. Watkins was also an officer and treasurer of InfuSystem Pharmacy Services, a provider of specialty pharmacy drugs, nursing and compound solutions to infusion centers, physicians and patients. From 1986 until 1988, Mr. Watkins was Vice President of Aventric Medical, Inc., a Midwest distributor of high-tech equipment such as pacemakers, cardiac imaging devices and drug delivery systems. Mr. Watkins is certified and registered as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, an institution approved by the American Medical Association. Mr. Watkins holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Macomb Community College.

Sean M. Whelan, CPA, has served as the Company's chief financial officer since November, 2007.

Prior to joining InfuSystem, Mr. Whelan held senior finance positions with Ford Motor Company since 1996.  Most recently, he served as accounting director for Automotive Components Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company, where he had direct oversight, financial and divestiture responsibility for the $5.0 billion entity.  During 2005, he led the due diligence effort and overall acquisition accounting pertaining to Ford's acquisition of Visteon's 24 North American facilities.  Mr. Whelan also held senior treasury roles at Ford Motor Company, where he was responsible for managing the interest rate risk and funding strategy for Ford Credit, with over $150 billion in assets.  Prior to joining Ford Motor Company, Mr. Whelan was employed as a senior auditor for Deloitte & Touche, LLP from 1992 to 1995.  Mr. Whelan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Accounting degree, both from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.  Mr. Whelan received his CPA certificate in 1995, his Certified Internal Auditor certificate in 1996 and has been 6-Sigma Black Belt certified since 2000.

Janet Skonieczny has served as the company’s Vice President of Operations, Corporate Secretary, Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer since November, 2007.Ms. Skonieczny has served as the Vice President of Operations of InfuSystem, Inc. the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, since 1998.  During that time, she facilitated the development and implementation of third party billing programs, assisted in the integration of those programs with inventory and tracking systems and led the development and implementation of InfuSystem’s Compliance and Privacy Programs.  From 1988 until 1994 she was Office Manager, and from 1990 until 1998 Operations Manager for Venture Medical, a predecessor company to InfuSystem, Inc., which commenced business operations in 1988.  At Venture Medical she played key managerial roles in Nova Healthcare Industries, a manufacturer and designer of speculum sheath protectors used in gynecologic procedures, Medical Reimbursement Solutions, a third-party billing company that formatted and transmitted billing claims on behalf of infusion centers, physicians and hospitals and Aventric Medical, Inc., a Midwest distributor of high-tech equipment such as pacemakers, cardiac imaging devices and drug delivery systems. 

Scott L. Chesky, CPA, CFA, has served as the Company's vice president of strategic development since February, 2008.

Prior to joining InfuSystem Holdings, Mr. Chesky held the position of vice president within the investment banking group at FTN Midwest Securities Corp. where he primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions for middle market companies in the healthcare and technology sectors.  Prior to FTN, Mr. Chesky was with Alterity Partners, a boutique investment bank that was acquired by FTN. During his tenure in investment banking, he has advised a number of notable companies on a broad spectrum of issues, including tender offers, LBOs, asset and stock sales, equity and debt financings, and subsidiary divestitures, among other responsibilities.  Mr. Chesky also has previous experience analyzing potential investments for a venture capital firm and as the director of finance for a private foundation.  Mr. Chesky began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick where he performed financial statement audits for companies in a variety of industries and was responsible for identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies in financial reporting, internal controls and business operations.  Mr. Chesky has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania.

David M. Haar has served as the Company's Vice President of Marketing since November, 2007.

Prior to joining InfuSystem, Mr. Haar was Vice President of Marketing at National Medical Health Card where he led all marketing and communications initiatives for the national pharmacy benefits manager during a period of rapid growth. Prior to that, he was with MapInfo, a leading provider of location intelligence solutions where he directed marketing programs and demand generation activities as the company grew from $40MM to $140MM. Prior to that, Mr. Haar held a variety of marketing management positions within private and publicly held companies. He has a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Tony Norkus has served as the company’s Vice President of Sales since November, 2007.Mr. Norkus has served as the Vice President of Sales InfuSystem, Inc., the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, since 1998.  From 1991 until 1998, Mr. Norkus held a variety of sales and sales management positions at I-Flow Corporation, including VP International Sales, Director of Sales and Marketing and Regional Sales Manager; he was the first sales representative hired by I-Flow Corporation.   From 1987 until 1991 Mr. Norkus served as National Sales Specialist for Infusion Pumps with Parker Biomedical, a division of Parker Hannifin Corporation and then with Strato/Pfizer.  Mr. Norkus received his BA in Chemistry and Biology from California State University Northridge.
